SpeakOut Mental Health Outreach uses information submitted through the host application and sponsorship enquiry forms to review requests, communicate with contacts, plan appropriate programs and maintain operational records.
Why we use it
To assess suitability and feasibility, respond to your request, coordinate approved activities, manage sponsorship conversations and document program operations.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized SpeakOut personnel and service providers needed to operate the platform or deliver agreed activities. We do not publish application contact details through the On The Move forms.
Sensitive information
Do not submit confidential medical records, diagnoses, passwords, financial account details or unnecessary personal information about individual participants through these forms.
Program communications
We may contact the primary contact about the submitted request, information needed for review, decisions, planning, confirmation, delivery or appropriate follow-up.
Questions or corrections
If information in a submission needs to be corrected or you have a privacy question, contact SpeakOut through the contact details published on our main website and include your application or enquiry reference where appropriate.
Important: On The Move is a program-request and sponsorship system. It is not a channel for urgent or emergency mental-health support.
